Join me on a XMas-Soul-themed Jeffing run-walk. We run whilst I play some music, we walk while I chat. First attempt at a music & talk running show on MixCloud. How it works? I will let you know when the warm-up walk ends, when to speed up, when to slow down again and when you are halfway. This was a first Christmassy run-walk after 2 weeks of no running. It happens. So I huff and puff a bit like a Santa to a list of Soul and Retro Soul music by artists both from the US and the UK. Most songs are around 155 BPM (beats per minute), to ensure we stay in recovery pace.
