– 📝 TRAINING PLANS:

– 🥁 BPM Runs: Various shows that use a very specific BPM to curate music. So if you know your cadence and love synchronising your step to a beat, these might be just the shows for you. – 📏 MICRO Runs: These are either 5 minute or 10 minute “Micro-Runs”, as there is an increasing amount of evidence that the largest proportion of heart-health and longevity benefits are achieved in the first 10 minutes of exercising. Each run/show includes 1 – 2 songs for a warmup walk, 1 song for your pre-run, dynamic calf stretches, a 5 minute or 10 minute section to a specific BPM, one song for a cool down walk, and 1 – 3 songs to do your post-run stretching. – 🐰🎄 SPECIAL DAYS: If you need just the right songlist, and someone to chivvy you along on that special day, be it Easter, Halloween or Christmas, have a look at this list. – 🏃♀️ JEFFS and RUNS: We love Jeffing, as it allows us to chat whilst walking for a couple of minutes between running through the songs. So join us on our jeffing runs.
